Unknown-2Bonnie A. Richley completed her PhD in Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University where she also earned her MSc in Organizational Development and Analysis. Her work involves positive organization development with expertise in Appreciative Inquiry; executive coaching as a trainer and master coach; and adult learning theories and competency development. She was a Visiting Professor at ESADE Business School in Spain for 2 years. Bonnie has taught action learning, sustainability, and team learning and development focusing on team leadership, team membership and client management at Case Western Reserve University where she is also a Master Executive Coach and was the lead faculty for an international institute. She has been appointed to the MBA Review (learning) where she is also developing a viable team program for the Full Time MBA program. She is also currently teaching Social Business Innovation at the doctoral level (PhD in Organizational Behavior); individual and team development for Masters in Finance students (MS Finance); and Sustainability for the Masters in Positive Organization Development (MPOD) students. She also functions as the Master Faculty Team coach for Full Time MBA thematic electives (Design, Sustainability) and their Finance capstone course.

From 1987 through 2003 Bonnie worked for a variety of organizations in a management capacity including the international healthcare market. She spearheaded and directed the Center for International Relations at a major university hospital and was responsible for generating revenue of approximately $2.5 million. She has also been involved in the strategic planning and program development for the office of Urban Health at the School of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University. Her work experience includes serving as the Executive Director for the Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit, Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. As an organizational development consultant, Bonnie works with organizations in the for-profit and the not-for profit sectors in the U.S. and abroad. Her consulting practice and work experience has focused on executive coaching, leadership training, strategic planning, program development, organizational change, and team building. Clients include: Cleveland Schools that Can (C-STC), TUI Tourism International, Jesuit Refugee Services, The American Red Cross, University Hospitals of Cleveland, KALEIDOSCOPE Magazine, Case Western Reserve University, and the Wilson Planning Cooperative. She is a partner and co-founder of Interaction Science, LLC.

She has published papers and presented at conferences on social business innovations (SBIs), values, positive organizational change, teams, gender issues, and leadership training. She is also co-author of a book entitled, Managing by Values (2006, Palgrave MacMillan). She has teaching experience in Leadership Assessment and Development for Senior Executives, EMBAs, MBAs, Organizational Behavior courses for MBAs, MSODAs and MPODs. Bonnie is also a certified Executive Coach for Emotional Intelligence Competencies and has conducted basic and advanced coaching training at ESADE (Barcelona, Spain), Case and for organizations. She is also an invited guest speaker on issues to include Appreciative Inquiry, sustainability, leadership, change, adult learning theories, organizational learning, competency development, and coaching. She is on the editorial board for two journals, Journal of Business Strategy and KCA Journal of Business Management.
