The program offers the following:
- Day ONE – The Learning Needs Theory of Motivation and the Learning Needs Inventory (LNI)
- Day TWO – The experiential approach to team interaction and the Team Learning Inventory (TLI)
- Day THREE – A day of practical experience concluding with the certification in the LNI and TLI
- Day FOUR – Train-the-Trainer workshop and certification for both the LNI and TLI
Note: Options to be certified as a coach for the LNI and TLI separately is possible.

All coaches certified will receive a certificate designed and issued by Interaction Science, LLC. Coaches will also be listed on the Interaction Science website.
